If your shirt size is men's Small to Medium, go Medium sleeve. For Large to XXL, go Large sleeve. Most women's arm sizes fit Small to Medium. The X-Large sleeves are sometimes worn on the legs.

Choose your size using your body measurements. All measurements are in inches. Measure your upper arm and wrist, then check the length.
How to measure
- Upper arm: wrap a soft tape around the widest part of your upper arm without squeezing it.
- Wrist: wrap the tape around your wrist where the cuff will sit.
- Find one row that includes your measurements.

If your measurements fit two different size groups, the smaller size gives a closer fit and the larger size gives more room.
