Ankle: Measure around the narrowest part of your ankle

Thigh: Measure around the fullest part of your thigh, keeping the tape level and snug

Length: Refers to the total length from top to bottom of our thigh highs
Compare your measurements to the size chart to find your best fit. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a looser fit.
