How to Measure Sleeves

• Bicep: Measure around the widest part of your upper arm, keeping the tape snug but not tight.

• Wrist: Measure around your wrist where the sleeve cuff will sit.

• Length: Measure from the top of your shoulder down to your wrist with your arm relaxed at your side.

Compare your measurements to the chart to find your ideal sleeve size. If you're between sizes, choose based on your preferred fit—snug or relaxed.
